​​The Procurement Innovation Council (PIC) will meet quaterly to help identify and discuss solutions and improvements of procurement related issues. The foal to improve and innovate County procurement processes through solutions at all levels and take advantage of leading-edge tools and best practices from around the world so they can be appropriately adopted to the County environment.​
