Tax Deed Auction Transition Update
Broward County Tax Deed Auctions are transitioning to a new online auction platform with RealAuction.
Latest Updates
- Website Launch: The new online auction website is scheduled to go live on July 6, 2026.
- Bidder Registration: A registration link will be added to this page on July 6, 2026. Existing RealAuction users do not need to register again, as RealAuction accounts work across all RealAuction platforms.
- Bidder Training: Free online training sessions will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. ET and Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. ET. Please register for training at www.realauction.com/training.
- First Auction: The first Broward County Tax Deed Auction is scheduled for October 26, 2026.
