​​​​​​​The Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division serves as an agent of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for the purpose of issuing state motor vehicle license plates and parking placards, and processes applications for titles on automobiles, trucks, mobile homes and boats. The following private tag agencies provide walk-in services for Broward County residents. These locations charge an additional fee for their services. Payment can be made by cash, check or money order. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
