Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I check the latest release date?
The easiest way to view the most recent release date is to visit the the Broward County Official Records Search website. When you begin a search, the latest release date will appear at the top of the page.

How often is the release date updated?
As soon as an entire day's recordings have completed the quality-assurance process, the corresponding FTP file is automatically uploaded to the site.
Why is a file missing?
A missing file can occur for several reasons:
- The date was a county holiday
- Quality-assurance work for that day is still in progress
- Uploading may have been temporarily interrupted
If you believe a file should be available but do not see it, please contact us at Records@broward.org.
