Using a credit card, you can also file online.

CONVENIENCE FEE:  A convenience fee in the amount of 2.55 percent shall be added to the transaction amount when the payment of Statutory Fees is made by approved credit card or charge card; provided, however, that in no event shall the convenience fee be less than $2, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 215.322(5).

Petitions must be completed and accompanied with a nonrefundable $15 filing fee, or they will be returned.

The request will be considered by the VAB Attorney.

Please file your petition with the Value Adjustment Board, at 115 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, Room 120. Hearings begin in October and continue until all hearings are completed.
