Constitutional Amendments

State of Florida Constitutional Amendments

The Florida Legislature establishes a Constitution Review Commission every 20 years to review our state constitution. The purpose of the review is to ensure that the state’s governing document meets the needs of our growing and changing state. All of the state constitutional amendments will be voted on by voters across the state.

Broward County Employees pay particular attention to Amendments 1, 3 and 10!
