​​The Broward County Water & Wastewater Engineering Division (WWED) is the engineering unit of Water & Wastewater Services. The Division is located at 2555 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except noon to 1:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday. The Division Director is Rolando Nigaglioni,​ P.E., who can be reached at 954-831-0745.

WWED’s main functional areas are:

Minimum Design and Construction Standards - WWED develops and maintains minimum design and construction standards applicable to the Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) potable water distribution system, wastewater collection system and reclaimed water distribution system.

Land Development - WWED develops and maintains minimum land development (or re-development) standards applicable to the WWS potable water, wastewater and reclaimed water jurisdictional areas.

Capital Construction Projects – WWED manages WWS capital improvements projects for services provided by WWS including water, wastewater, reclaimed water and drainage.
