​​​​Broward County Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) may review the account history and calculate/consider an adjustment for customers who experience bills above their normal usage due to water loss that occurred on the customer’s side of the meter. WWS offers two types of credit adjustments.

Leak Adjustment Credit
Residential and Commercial water customers can be considered for a one-time leak adjustment credit once per 12 months. See Application and Guidelines for details.​

Pool Adjustment Credit
Residential customers can be considered for a one-time pool credit on the sewer portion their bill once every two years for a swimming pool that is fully emptied and re-filled. See Application and Guidelines for details.
