​The following schedule of rates, fees, and charges for water and wastewater services to be rendered by Broward County Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) is effective with all services rendered on or after October 1, 2023:

(e) If chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration exceeds two (2.0) times that of the BOD, and is greater than eight hundred (800) mg/l, the excessive COD above eight hundred (800) mg/lshall be surcharged in place of the BOD, per pound $0.1537
