Temporary Disconnect, monthly charges:

Monthly temporary disconnect charge equals the minimum monthly charge(s) for water and/or wastewater for the applicable customer class. For owners disconnecting, the temporary meter disconnect monthly charge will be billed to the owner, unless proof of transfer of title is provided, in which event the billing will be made to the subsequent owner. For renters and other accounts not in the owner's name at the time of disconnection, the temporary meter disconnect monthly charge will be billed to the owner. ​​
