The Onsite Service Account Representatives work with the Broward County Government group to provide support for health insurance benefits. The principal responsibilities include benefit education on plan designs, policies, and procedures, and ensuring the health plan meets the account’s expectations. Also, to assist the account in any service-related issues.​ Members are encouraged to contact the Onsite Representatives for claims, provider, or any other UHC or Optum Engage issue prior to calling the UHC 800 number as these representatives are experts on our Broward UHC Plan.
