RALLY Rewardable Events

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Rally Rewards Program Is Now Optum Engage​

Optum Engage (previously Rally Engage) is a Health and WellBeing Program that offers information and support as part of Broward County's UnitedHealthcare (UHC) health plan. In addition, the County has enhanced the program to support enrolled employees and their enrolled spouse or domestic partner (collectively “Members”) and encourage healthy lifestyles. The program rewards members' activities - supporting healthy habits and missions.

NOTE: Real Appeal is not a rewardable activity.

Program rewards can be earned throughout the year through the Optum​ ENGAGE App or MyUHC website. The program has many activities, but only the activities listed under REWARDS have value. 

Each member can earn a maximum of $300 annually​ through gift cards. Eligible activities may include:

  • Walking
  • Getting an eye, dental, or physical exam
  • Participating in RALLY WellBeing Events
  • Many others. ​

Broward County Optum ENGAGE Employer Reward

Broward County WellBeing Program has specific employer rewards offered quarterly. These are unique to our program and are referred to as "Attend a WellBeing Event" in the app. Members will have at least three WellBeing Events each quarter in which they can earn a $25 gift card; only one $25 gift card can be earned each quarter, and they must be earned at a designated WellBeing event. The reward will be processed at the end of the quarter. Not all WellBeing Events are rewardable. Only those listed for each quarter.

Members must use the RALLY Attendance reporting tool, logging in to BCNET to receive credit. Members must enter Spouse or Domestic Partners rewards.

The quarters are:

  1. ​First Quarter - January, February, March
  2. Second Quarter - April, May, June
  3. Third Quarter- July, August, September
  4. Fourth Quarter - October, November, and December

FYI- Health Fairs are NOT rewardable events.

Credit for attending a qualified quarterly WellBeing Event is posted to your account at the end of each quarter.

NEW Reporting - Easy way to submit proof of Qualified Event

Please Note: Due to certain limitations, the name on the Broward County website may still reflect the term "RALLY". This will be updated after the migration to the new platform in 2026.

The WellBeing Program is proud to provide you with a new tool to record your WellBeing Event attendance for the quarterly reward. The Attendance tool is available when you are logged in to BrowardEmployee. The employee can also upload spouse or domestic partner rewards on this tool. 

Event rewards can only be earned once per quarter by the employee and their spouse or domestic partner on the plan. The system will inform you that your event was approved based on the activity. Documentation must be submitted during the quarter to receive the reward due to events changing each quarter.​
