WRCH Judicial Suites 2nd Floor 

This future project consists of renovating approximately 2,892 SF of the second floor of the Courthouse for new Judicial Suites. This project will provide a total of three Judges Chambers once completed.

WRCH Clerk of Courts Civil & Marriage – Phase II

This future project consist of the renovation of approximately 9,600 SF of office space for the Clerk of Courts Civil and Marriages Offices. Once completed this space will include multiple private offices, open office area, reception, conference room, mobile filing room, counting room and marriage chapel.

North Regional: 

​1600 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442​

This project consisted of interior renovations of approximately 7,300 SF for new Clerk of Courts Offices at the North Regional Courthouse. This space includes a lobby area for the public,  cashier stations, mobile filing room, counting room, open office area and manager offices. This project has been completed.
