Interior Renovation The scope of work includes the renovation of the existing warming kitchen, dishwashing and serving area to provide a fully functional commercial kitchen with a new kitchen cooking equipment, fire suppression system, exhaust hood, dish washer, food preparation tables and serving display line. The Work also includes installation of new interior finishes, lighting, electrical panel and air conditioning system. The renovated kitchen will be able to hold culinary classes and provide three meals per day to approximately 200 people.
