WRCH Clerk of Courts 1st Floor 

This project consisted of the renovation of approximately 8,313 SF of the first floor of the WRCH for new Clerk of Courts Traffic & Misdemeanor Offices. This space includes a lobby area for the public,  conference room, cashier stations, mobile filing room, counting room, open office area and manager offices. This project has been completed.

WRCH Mediation Room Remodel 

This project consisted of remodel of approximately 1,410 SF of the second floor of the WRCH to add two new mediation rooms and 2 jury rooms. This project has been completed.

WRCH BSO Probation Offices

This project consisted of the remodel of approximately 3,251 SF of office space on the first floor of the WRCH for new BSO Probation Offices. This space includes a lobby and reception area, multiple private offices, file room and Deputy office. Staff has been relocated to the new offices and this project has been completed.

WRCH Traffic Courtroom 

This project consisted of the remodel of approximately 4,540 SF of the first floor of the WRCH to add a new Traffic Courtroom, Judges Chambers/Jury Room, Attorney Conference Room, Mediation Room, Hearing Room, Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchenette. In addition a 10 ton chilled water air handling unit has been installed to service the new spaces. This project has been completed.

WRCH Security Office Remodel 

This project consisted of remodel of approximately 158 SF of the first floor of the WRCH for new Security Offices. This project has been completed.
