3 Steps to Hassle-Free Rentals
Step 1: Post your vacancies: we'll find a match
RentalNet is easy, free and confidential: post your open units in 10 minutes or less.
Then leave the legwork to us. Authorized case managers log in regularly to match available properties to their client needs.
Once we have a promising candidate, we contact you to confirm the unit is still available.
Step 2: Meet our candidate and do the walkthrough
We schedule a walkthrough, so that you can meet our candidate.
Case managers will connect with you prior to the walkthrough date to share details about how to prepare your unit(s).
No stress or surprises!
Step 3: Approve or decline: the decision is yours
You’ll have a chance to conduct your own background and credit checks.
If you approve the candidate and the walkthrough is successful, you both sign the lease.
You’ll get the first month, last month and security deposit payments upfront, followed by the rest of the payments on time, each month.
If your tenant departs or doesn’t work out before lease completion, we’ll replace them, so you don’t experience income interruption.
