The Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute -
June 2020 marked the 14th year of Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute (AEI), a course of study designed to assist artists of all disciplines, by cultivating and advancing their business skills. To date, over 772 artists have completed the program.
Due to the pandemic, AEI was offered through a variety of free, online sessions for creatives throughout the summer of 2020 as Business Skills for the Modern Creator aslivestreamed sessions; all sessions are available to the public at anytime and can be viewed

The Florida Small Business Development Center
The Florida Small Business Development Center in partnership with Broward County Cultural Division and Artserve offer, through one-on-one private consulting and group training sessions, the Creative Entrepreneur Development Program provides detailed career and business management assistance to artists in all disciplines and creative fields.
The Creative Entrepreneur Development Program is presented by the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC). A statewide service network partially funded by the Washington, D.C.-based Small Business Administration (SBA), Florida SBDC Fort Lauderdale is accredited by the national SBDC association and hosted by the University of West Florida (UWF).
