Health Insurance Resources for Broward County Residents

Individual and families can begin enrolling in health insurance plans offered under the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act or Affordable Care Act (ACA) through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

The Health Insurance Marketplace is a virtual site where residents will be able to compare health plans and be offered affordable health insurance potions. Middle and low-income families will receive tax credits that cover a significant portion of the cost of coverage.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are offering a series of online webinars to inform residents about the Health Insurance Marketplace over the next two months. A description along with the dates and times for webinars are listed below.
