The comprehensive vision plan under HUMANA does not require selecting a primary doctor or facility. Using in-network providers saves money; however, you can use any doctor you choose and receive the benefit reimbursement per the out-of-network plan specifications.

  • Two comprehensive eye exams per calendar year for diabetics.
  • ​The Children’s Eye Care Program includes a second eye exam each year for covered child up to age 13.
