West Lake Management Plan 10-Year Update

​Notice of Public Meeting to Review the Draft Update of the West Lake Management Plan

Broward County Parks and Recreation will host a public meeting to review and gather input on the draft update to the West Lake Management Plan. The plan focuses on the state-owned Conservation and Recreational Lands (CARL) portions of West Lake Park, located from the south boundary of the Dania Cutoff Canal to parcels south of Sheridan Street, and includes Anne Kolb Nature Center. The plan does not include the County-owned active recreation portions of West Lake Regional Park, including the playgrounds, marina, and the proposed location of the communications tower. The communications tower will NOT be addressed in this public meeting.

The public meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order 20-193, the meeting will take place virtually.
