• If you have a business located in our service area and you discharge ANY amount of wastewater from your facilities commercial/industrial (non-domestic) activities, then you are REQUIRED to apply for an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit (PDF). 

• To utilize the Septage Receiving Facility (SRF), haulers must first obtain a Waste Hauler Permit (PDF) ​to discharge hauled waste to the NRWWTP and all waste must be accompanied by a Waste Tracking Form (PDF).
