Environmental Sustainability
Based on the principle that everything that we need for our survival and well-being depends, either directly or indirectly, on our natural environment. To pursue sustainability is to create and maintain the conditions under which humans and nature can co-exist to support present and future generations.
Who We Are
The Sustainability Program is part of the Natural Resources Division of Broward County's Resilient Environment Department. We work across County departments and in the community to create and support programs and policies that will make a more Sustainable Broward.
