The Office of Public Communications (OPC) provides County service information to residents, businesses, visitors and media through:
- Programs and News
- Media relations and public information during activations of the Emergency Operations Center
- Managing the County Web and social media sites
- Media services to cablecast and Webcast government meeting and video programming
We have three specialty areas that include Public Information, Call Center and Print Shop.

The Call Center is a multi-lingual, one-stop shop for information on Broward County government services. Customer service representatives assist callers with information on any County service to ensure easy access to County government.
The Call Center is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during emergency conditions is open 24/7. Contact the Call Center at 954-831-4000, or visit the Web Site for further information.
The Print Shop provides high-quality printing services to meet the needs of county agencies as well as external customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. More information on Print Shop services is available online, or call 954-357-7120.
