Ground Transportation Options
Below is a list of ground transportation options available to and from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL):
Effective March 16, 2023, intercity rail operator Brightline is offering a new shuttle service from its South Florida stations to and from FLL, and other key locations.
Shuttle Service pickup locations at FLL are on the lower-level terminal roadway. The Brightline airport connector shuttle is available Monday- Friday, 5 AM- midnight; Saturday & Sunday, 7AM - 1AM the next day)
• Terminal 1: Ground Transportation Zone B
• Terminal 2 and 3: Ground Transportation Zone F
• Terminal 4: Ground Transportation Zone B

Ground Transportation Booths
Ground Transportation Booths are located in each terminal on the Lower Level. Customer Service Coordinators typically staff these Information Booths during peak periods with significant flight arrivals. They will assist FLL patrons with ground transportation questions.
To contact the Ground Transportation Office, call 1-866-I-FLY-FLL (1-866-435-9355) and select Option 3.
Accessing Ground Transportation
To access all ground transportation, follow the easy-to-read signs in the terminal from your gate to the baggage claim area on the lower level. After you pick up your bags, go outside the terminal. You can make arrangements for a taxi cab, ride share, or a luxury sedan car at a Transportation Podium located at the curb outside the baggage claim area.

511 Traveler Information
The Florida Department of Transportation provides real-time traffic and travel information in English and Spanish on its 511 Traveler Information System. 511 is available via phone or the internet with updated information on:
Emergency evacuation information on highways, toll roads, and many metropolitan roadways.
Travelers with Disabilities
FLL also offers transportation, parking, and terminal services that address the special needs of travelers with disabilities.
