Responsibilities of Elevator Owners and their Property Management
Broward County Elevator Safety program regulates over 11,000 elevating devices countywide and we issue permits for new installations and any alterations of existing devices. We are mandated by the Elevator Safety Act, Florida Statute 399. This recorded presentation discussed the responsibilities of Elevator Owners and their Property Management.
