Payments can still be made utilizing our Pompano Beach drive-thru or by calling our 24-hour automated system at 954-831-3250 and
selecting option #1.
You can also make a payment on our website at www.broward.org/waterservices or by cash at any Amscot location that is open.
Free Chlorination begins on March 16, 2020 and ends on April 6, 2020 in the District 2 Water Service Area.
Free chlorination is a common practice for water systems using combined chlorine disinfection in an effort to ensure the integrity of the distribution system.
This chlorination period is anticipated to be transparent; however, there may be a slight change in the taste or odor of the tap water.
Fiscal Year 2020 Water and Sewer Rates
On September 24th, 2019, the Broward County Commission voted to adopt the FY20 proposed rates, effective October 1, 2019.

New Payment Option - Amscot.
Bring your services bill or bill stub with you to any Amscot location. Amscot will charge a non-refundable $2.00 fee for each transaction. This fee is remitted entirely to Amscot - Not Broward County. Cash payments only. The payments post the next business day.
