​​​​​​On behalf of all of us at Broward County Transit (BCT), thank you for your service to our country. Honorably discharged United States Veterans traveling to VA Clinics in Broward County pay a discounted fare of $1.75 one-way. All other Paratransit trips are $3.50 one-way, per trip. 

BCT also has a variety programs specifically designed for individuals who cannot transport or obtain transportation for themselves. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can use the following programs:

• TOPS Program - Door-to-Door Transportation to William “Bill” Kling VA Clinic: Download application (PDF) or call 954-357-8400 for more information.

• TOPS Program – Door-to-Door Transportation – Qualified Disabled Individuals: Individuals unable to ride BCT fixed route services due to a disability may be eligible for our paratransit services. The TOPS! Program provides shared-ride door-to-door transportation throughout Broward County.

• Transportation Disadvantaged Program - Free Bus Pass for Qualified Low-Income Individuals: This program provides a 31-day fixed-route bus pass on BCT at no charge to qualifying individuals who, due to income, cannot afford using the fixed-route system. The program requires applicants to qualify under current Federal Poverty Level guidelines, based on the number of family members in the household, at the 225 percent level.
