Alexandra P. Davis Day Proclamation 

On October 16, 2024, the City of Miramar officially proclaimed "Alexandra P. Davis Day" in honor of Vice Mayor Davis' decades of public service, civic leadership, and community impact. This proclamation recognizes her contributions to cultural diversity, youth empowerment, infrastructure development, and public safety in Miramar and beyond. The City of Miramar officially renamed the Miramar Multi-Service Complex to the Alexandra P. Davis Multi-Service Complex in recognition of Commissioner Davis’s outstanding leadership, service, and dedication to the residents of Miramar and District 7.
