Go SOLAR Fest Scheduled for October 9 & 10
The third annual Go SOLAR & Renewable Energy Fest will be held at the Broward County Convention Center on Friday, October 9th from 10AM to 6PM and on Saturday, October 10th from 10AM to 4PM. SBA Offers Drought Assistance for Qualified Small Businesses
The Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved an Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program for areas of South Florida, including Broward County, impacted by the current extreme drought as of July 7, 2015. Loan amounts can be up to $2 million with an interest rate of 4 percent for small businesses and 2.625 percent for private non-profit organizations of all sizes with terms up to 30 years. Business Owners Can Now File Online for Tax Receipts
Beginning July 1st, the Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division (RTT) is enhancing services offered to County businesses. Broward County businesses will now be able to file an application for a new Business Tax Receipt and change address information on an existing Business Tax Receipt online. More...
