Save time and avoid the lines, traffic and paper trail with the new ePermits OneStop process. Participating Broward County municipalities and Broward County have teamed up to launch ePermits OneStop, a centralized website that allows customers to submit their application and have their plans reviewed online for permits, licenses and approvals. 

Using ePermits OneStop, customers can now apply and receive approval for municipality building permits, Broward County Building Code Division's permits, and associated Broward County permits in a quicker, more seamless process, eliminating the need to travel to Broward's Government Center West in Plantation. The process begins by visiting the participating Broward County municipality's ePermitting website, or the Building Code Division's ePermit website, to start the process of applying for a permit. Further instructions specific to each municipality, or Building Code Division, will step you through the process of applying for its permits and how and when to determine what associated Broward County permits and certificates are required and how to apply using the County's ePermitting system.
