Restaurant Revitalization Fund Grant Program

​The American Rescue Plan Act established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to provide funding to help restaurants and other eligible businesses keep their doors open. This program will provide restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11, 2023. Registration for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) will begin Friday, April 30 at 9AM and the application portal will open on Monday, May 3 at Noon. The application portal will remain open until all funds are exhausted

​​​​Paycheck Protection Program - UPDATE​

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is currently offering Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)​ loans originated only by participating community financial institutions including Certified Development Companies (CDCs), SBA Microlenders, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs) until May 31, 2021, or until remaining funds are exhausted. Please note that not all community financial institutions are participating in PPP. Learn More​

CARES Act Grant Program
The application portal closed on December 14, 2020. The Office of Economic and Small Business Development is currently reviewing and approving all applications that were successfully submitted with all the required documentation, as required. No new applications are being received and no existing application that has been denied is being reviewed for reconsideration at this time.​
