OESBD is Open for Business! In response to concerns about COVID-19, we now have virtual office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM. 

If you wish to schedule a meeting or technical assistance, you can do so remotely by calling us at 954-357-6400.  The new remote meeting option requires access to Skype or Zoom.

  • The OESBD Certified Firm Directories are available 24/7 online.
  • Prime Contractors are responsible for meeting project goal requirements and solicitation timelines.
  • CBEs are encouraged to ensure their information is accurate in the certified firm directories and in BidSync. It is the responsibility of the CBEs to make sure their contact information, NAICS Codes and certifications are accurate in the Small Business Directory.
